What a wonderful dinner we had at Osteria Sierra that’s located inside of Hyatt regency in Incline Village. Ambience of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. Staff were so professional and friendly.. Mostly we were impressed by the quality of the food. Bread with olive oil was just perfect. Baker for this hotel is super talented so we were impressed by all the baked goods and desserts. Osso Bucco had so much flavor and risotto was cooked perfect. Demi glacé was so well done. Film on top of Demi glacé would form from high quality veal bones. My pappadella pasta was home made and lobster chunk was so crunch but soft. Dessert was just beyond my imagination! The best Affogato I had! Thank you Nick (the manager at other restaurant in Hyatt) and other wait staff who made our dinner special. Breakfast was a buffet style (but they have a la carte) and the selections and quality of the buffet were very good. Wait staff never made my coffee cold. Non- stop refill of coffee and great service. We were seated by the fireplace, overlooking the snowy mountains. It was romantic and beautiful! When you come to North Lake Tahoe, I highly recommend this restaurant at Hyatt.

We stayed at the Hyatt and decided to try this restaurant. This is fine dining Italian restaurant that is not pasta heavy. More meat and seafood entrees which were all so delicious. We had beef, elk, sea bass and seafood broth, all were very well prepared. The decor was inviting and there is also outdoor seating with amazing view.

Have been dining outdoors on the heated deck for breakfast each morning during our stay at the Hyatt Regency and have absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. The food and variety here are great. Osteria Sierra is definitely being underrated, at least for breakfast, which has been wonderful.

This is a very good dining option around North Lake Tahoe. Located at the Hyatt. We were here for breakfast multiple times and for dinner. The Tahoe Benedict was really good. The house patotoes though were kinda too raw to our liking. Nice chocolate croissant. The European sea bass filet Secondi and Octopus appetizer were both really great and fresh. Reasonably vegetarian options and some nice flavored veggie sides.

The food was good and the service was friendly, though a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Overall, it was a decent experience, but slightly overpriced for the portion size and quality. The focaccia was quite stale, but we ate it anyway since the food took a while to come out.

We are very glad that we chose this place for Christmas dinner! Everything was amazingly delicious and atmospheric! We were very surprised and pleased by the presentation of the dishes. We really liked the buratta with tomatoes in the form of a whole tomato. We took grilled octopus, a code appetizer, and for the main we chose duck and branzino. We were very pleased with everything. We especially liked the dessert! Panna cotta with cherries was amazing! Thank you very much to the chef!

We ate here for dinner this evening. Family of 4. We decided on the pre-fixed menu (Only available certain nights of the week) for the adults and the kids had the spaghetti with lots of the complimentary bread. We absolutely loved our meals! The pre-fix menu was definitely enough to fill you up. I also had the Starlight (gin cocktail) and it was so good (I’m very picky too about my cocktails). We are staying on site so it was nice to not have to drive somewhere and still get a well prepared meal. Definitely recommend eating here! Photo of one of the items from the pre-fixed dinner. This was the Consommé di Pomodoro Freddo…the crispy quinoa was such a tasty surprise in this dish!
